Joslyn is a Licensed Social Worker with several years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University, specializing in interpersonal practice. With a diverse background, she has worked extensively with individuals, families, and geriatric individuals, including those with developmental disabilities and diverse mental health backgrounds.
Employing a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy, Joslyn incorporates an integrative solution-focused methodology. This approach aims to establish a secure and supportive environment for exploring concerns related to anxiety, depression, lifestyle, as well as relationship and family matters. Her perspective centers around the belief that growth emerges from challenging experiences, providing opportunities for individuals to navigate life, reevaluate their experiences, and reassess self-worth.
Joslyn is committed to utilizing clients' inherent strengths and leveraging them to facilitate goal attainment. Her therapeutic guidance focuses on fostering a deeper connection with oneself, authenticity through understanding past and present experiences, and cultivating more fulfilling and meaningful relationships within clients' lives. Joslyn is certified in core supervision by the National Association of Social Workers.

DeAndre is a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the Human Services Field. He has served residents in Southeast Michigan in the areas of Housing, Community Mental Health, Juvenile Justice, Secondary Schools, and Higher Education. DeAndre’s career has allowed him to gain in experience in case management, counseling, and program development. Having received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University, and a Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University. DeAndre has always had a passion for public service. DeAndre has 3 populations he specializes in working with; at risk youth (ages 11-19), individuals with developmental disabilities, and individuals experiencing housing insecurity.
